Texas Baptist Children Home Toy Run Met everyone at the Roadhouse in Round Rock, before heading over to the Texas baptist Children Home to deliver all the toys. Everyone had a great time, kids too of course. THere were lots of cookies to snack on, and lots of kid receiving presents from Santa (Gypsy Mini-Me in a Santa suit) It was wonderful!
New Life Riders Christmas Party at the Potters Had a great party at the Potters, including more deserts than anyone could possibly eat. We had turkey and ham with all the fix-ins, and then we sat around and exchanged gifts. What a hoot! The chapter gave Janice, (our outgoing president for two year), a very nice engraved digital desk clock and pen set.
Christmas Party at LoneStar BMW Had some great BBQ, and deserts at LonStar BMW today. They know how to put out a spread. Oh, it was good talking to friends as well. Great to see Jay, and the old gang from church too.
Austin Toy Run for Helping Hands Home Starting at Sam's Town Point Debbie and I didin't go on the Austin Toy Run today, but several of our chapter members did, and they took pictures, so here are the ones from Don and Susan. Looks like a great event, with lots of participation and for a very good cause. Oh, yes, and mexican food afterword.. What could be better than that?
